Make camp part of the expedition
Deep Dish Dungeon sends you through rooms and passages to investigate puzzles, face enemies and collect resources. Between trips, bring those materials back to camp. You can improve your base, make tools and prepare food before heading out again. The store description presents this as a solo game or online co-op with up to two friends, for three players total.

Learn the layout as you go
The developers describe one hand-crafted, interconnected dungeon built with vertical space, without a map or compass. Distinct rooms and landmarks help players remember routes, while shortcuts connect places that once felt far apart. As new paths open, earlier rooms can take on new meaning. Recipes unlock over time and affect stats, making food preparation part of planning each expedition.
Demo and release status
The full game released on Steam on October 13, 2026. Behold Studios and Raw Fury's launch announcement confirms it is out now, and the store offers the full game for purchase.
The free Steam demo remains available separately for Windows and macOS, with Simplified Chinese interface text and subtitles. In the June 12 developer update, Behold Studios said demo saves had been added and warned that demo progress would not carry into the full game.
Recent save and backpack fixes
On October 21, 2026, patch 1.0.50.0 changed backpacks after death: the backpack stays with the player, while items not kept go into a larger death pack. The patch also added a backup of each world’s last good save, used if a save cannot be read or the world fails to load, and writes PC saves to a temporary file first. On October 23, patch 1.0.51.0 added position validation on save and load, sending invalid positions back to camp; fixed a save failure caused by an item’s invalid world position; and addressed backpacks and death packs falling below the world, including recovery to camp or spawn. It also adjusted death packs in water and after mid-air deaths. These are specific fixes described by the developers, not a guarantee that every save or lost item is recoverable.
What a wiki here would cover
A Deep Dish Dungeon wiki would list every recipe with the stats it changes, where each material is found, and the tool and camp upgrades. Because the game gives you no map or compass, it would also have a room-by-room route guide with the shortcuts, plus notes for three-player co-op. If you would use that, give the game a thumbs-up below: the votes tell us which game to cover next.
