Start with movement

Section titled “Start with movement”

Use the directional actions to learn how your current character moves. Try a short sequence, then use Undo to see how it restores the earlier state. A Rock can be pushed; try a small push and notice which neighboring spaces remain open.

The game labels actions such as Primary Action, Secondary Action, Switch Characters, and Run. Check the controls reference for the exact localized labels, then use the input currently assigned in your Controls or remapping menu. The character reference explains which roles push, pull or swap objects.

Learn recovery early

Use Undo to step back from a move that closes off the spaces you need. Try Restart separately so you can recognize the difference: Undo returns to an earlier state, while Restart starts the level again. If the level has a checkpoint, a reset returns to that checkpoint. See undo and checkpoints before relying on a reset.

Explore at your pace

Section titled “Explore at your pace”

From Crossroads, head north to the board titled The Hearty Heroes of Hauling; the area reference lists it as Heroes of Hauling. After the opening cage rises and the character can move, match the layout and follow a spoiler-folded opening puzzle walkthrough. When an area name is unfamiliar, open Overhead View or Local Area View and look it up in the area reference. The official store describes four puzzle worlds whose mechanics meet and combine; try a few available challenges and notice what each one asks you to test.
