Update review notes

Historical rehearsal: 1.5.0 → 1.5.1

We reviewed the developer’s real patch notes for changed perk advice, combat-control behavior and new-campaign requirements. Recruiting, positioning and contract guides now identify those version boundaries.

The reference table still requires the owner’s in-game review of weapon values, DLC access and Chinese terminology. This historical exercise does not certify the current stable build or complete the maintenance acceptance gate.
