Li Bei Wen: supplies and Nomore formula

Li Bei Wen: supplies and Nomore formula

Choose between the bounty and the follow-up

Story spoilers. Li is a wanted seller with a 400-credit bounty. If you want to follow his research route, let the encounter finish without reporting him. He schedules a supply visit three days after leaving. Captured status cancels a scheduled return, so an arrest is not a shortcut to the formula. His first appearance is selected through the wanted-visitor system rather than a universal fixed story day.

Prepare the chemicals before he returns

Keep Common Chemicals or Restricted Chemicals ready for the supply encounter. Complete the trade with Li; a marketplace delivery does not replace this interaction. Each accepted object counts once. With no accepted supplies he schedules another supply visit in seven days. Otherwise the finale delay is max(2, 17 − 4 × common − 7 × restricted) days, using that encounter’s counts. The minimum is two days; extra supplies cannot reduce it further.

Collect the formula and check the injectors

The finale places Li’s Nomore formula note and two high-purity Nomore injectors on the counter. Take the items; this is a story grant, not recurring supplier stock. The injector composition is at least 99% Nomore and is not guaranteed perfectly pure. Follow the chemistry guide for blending Dream Caps, alcohol extraction, filtration, evaporation and the reducing/lipobond reaction; reading the note does not replace the equipment or liquid requirements.
